We set up and as soon as we turned on the grills – the wind picked up and the storm came fast.
Great work by the members of the Hyde Park & District Lions Club – thank you for showing up – setting up and 5 minutes later – tearing down.
Special thanks to Faithe’s Sweet Treats for the yummy cookies and brownies purchased by the members.
We are grateful for the cruisers who did show up and for the food collected. We will have our food drive for the Northwest London Resource Centre next week – Thursday June 27th.

We have an exciting summer lined up for the kids.
Kidz Korner – Join us in July and August. The kids will be able to colour pages from the book At the Car Show by author Kayla O’Connell. We will have weekly prizes for the most colourful pages. Each week the pages will be entered for two grand prizes to be awareded on our final Cruize night. We will also have two special evenings with the author.
Christmas In July – We have a special event planned for July 25th. Mrs Claus will be visiting from the North Pole and spending some time in the Kidz Korner colouring and reading stories. The first 50 children to Country Cruizin on July 25th will get a special gift from Mrs Claus.
Leo Day – The Hyde Park Leo’s charted their club March 31, 2023. What are Leo’s? LEO clubs are independent youth organizations of the Lions Clubs, which offer exciting opportunities for committed individuals between the ages of 18 and 30 to develop leadership skills, gain valuable experience, and positively impact the world. Please support our Leo’s when they run the show so they can raise funds for their community initiatives.
